| What I take from it: You party, smoke, drink, and abuse your body when you are young and as you age the consequences of your actions start to show like baking in the mexican sun. Over a period of time, it will cause skin cancer and/or accellerated deterioration of your body. Its like a credit card! Charge it now and have fun now but you will pay for it later. Ha! | |

Yeah I completely agree... For me being a father who got so caught up in the birth of my son and watched my wife flip and go into post partum depression, this song pretty much nailed it. The first verse for me was about her excitement to have the baby then when she had him, the thrill just died. Then the "I don't think you're Nervous enough" was for me until I got into the delivery room and it all hit me. I suppose it could relate to WWII or drug use but for me and you I suppose we relate it to infancy and birth |
