this song is one that i really enjoy its one we all can relate to and face in our lives. the questions we face adn realization of those answeres. although we know no one can truly understand us and that is the loneliest thing of all. It's so sad for us........ .......so throw away the love that we made. (this is a talking all about life and the way things are and how we should feel about them. isnt it a shame when we fuck up in life and find ourselves sitting in our room at three in the morning with work that needs to be done. in his case hes talking about the times in his life he has felt like that. just wasting time and time we realize that ends quickly. you might as well except it, life, skool.work, love, it sucks. But Oh well thats just how it is) i know i know and nothing's going to change that hopeless feeling I get when you say you'll understand and I know you can't (here hes talking about how in life no one can truly grasp us and who we are, how we think, how we feel. he explains how much it sucks whe we get told yeah i know how you feel or i know what you mean. when no one really can.) There's no reason to be here.......... ......As you throw away the love that we made (this is a case of call and response, kind of the ramblings of a crazy man, he asks the real question we all ask our selfves. why are we doing what we are doing? no one can know what they are doing is right we always second guesss if this is what we want. then he respnds with we probably wont find the answeres somewhere else its normal to feel scared and second guess life, why would you stop what your doing. then talks about a theme he loves to talk about.opeing up and being vulnerable. does it even matter) |

this song is pretty straight forward. Its a grudgeing muscian yelling at the sky trying to figure out how to keep going forward with their career and their life. I can't get started from the part Where I left off yesterday Shoulda spent my time a little wiser (this part is pretty straight forward. he is writing another album moving forward in life but he knows its hard and like most times in our life when we start to get stressed we ask ourselves "why didnt we spend our time a little wiser" I sat alone guilty as sin Waiting for words to come From out of my head Still making sense to anyone (hes talking about writing and moving forward in life. he doenst really know how or why its gonna work it just is and he has questions "is it fair if it does work" "will it still make sense") I can't wait to understand the reason I've yet to translate any meaning besides It's not worth it to try (so his words and his lyrics and his life and his band and everytihng is so confusing. we always ask ourselves questions like this "why do we do what were doing" and he answeres "does it even matter why" |

I don't know if you guys know anything about music but circa nailed in this album. I always loved them but it always felt like they had this magnifecent sound but coulnd't figure out how to make it work. well no shit it doesnt sound like on letting go theses songs actually have a drive. for the first time its like circa knows what they are trying to do. Its one of the greates albums of this generation. this song has the same circa feel while actually sounding like real musicians. they didn't "sell out" quite the contrary. They went to people who knew how to get them produce to their potentional. circa survives knew album blew expectations out of the water. its not boring and repetive spaceyness its real songs, with spacyness in them. notice the difference???? great album |
