This song is about depression, which grows inside of him, ruining his relationships and ultimately controlling him. It is a being inside of him that is too large to subdue. He cannot escape from it either. The lines whispered by the woman at the end are "Taste the air so silent\It will come" which is a repeated line in the next song (Descending Winters). |
