| U2 – Moment Of Surrender Lyrics | 15 years ago |
|
I have always felt that this was a song about a suicide bomber in London a few years back. I think the reference to Stations of the Cross is because one of the subway trains originated from King's Cross. I think the moment of surrender when he fell to his knees was just before he detonated the bomb...no one noticed what he was about to do. I agree with JENAIR. It's interesting to see another person thought the same thing! I get teary eyed whenever I hear this one...it's very moving to think of what the bomber was thinking and of course what ended up happening to all the passengers...just sad all around. |
