An instrumental but this song is simply amazing. He never plays it the same more than once. I think since the title of the song is "Ocean" it is supposed to depict how the ocean is constantly changing, it is never the same through and through, and so goes the song. |

I think the song has a lot to do with society and how it had trapped him inside a "nutshell". Everyone wants to chase after the dreams that the media portrays to us, but in doing so you may lose yourself. He feels like he's the only person in the "nutshell" because there isn't room, there's "no one to cry to, and no place to call home." He feels like society and the media have taken away his sense of self, and if the world won't let him be his own person, he would rather die than live. |
