this song has to be about two people who are in love but then drew apart. eventhough the obvious might suggest its like some sought of a long distance relationship, it really could be about a love that's lost its spark. i think one of the lovers has grown apart and the other notices this and speaks of how they miss what they were and hate that they've drawn apart, and he expresses how his love for her still exists, and that he still believes in what they had. |

i think this song is about someone who chose not to believe in love because of their experiences as a kid..the whole parents fighting, parents getting a divorce, pretty much situations where love seemed far away even to the point that it didn't seem to exist anymore. the person becomes so reserved and so scarred by all that, that they've taught themself to reject love..because of the fear that their memories may just turn into reality. its only later that they find someone who actually gives them more than enough reason to believe that love does exist, and the courage to love and..be loved. |

i think this song is about a guy and a girl who care about eachother. i think the guy's undecided though, like he's torn between two sides of him, so he feels he doesn't deserve the love of the girl, because he knows that deep inside he can never be worth her love because he's just not what she thinks he is. |
