i thought the song was about the tension when love is burning out. You try really hard to not let it die but how can you if deep down you know the other person doesn't want you to. It gets boring trying to not annoy someone and i think thats what shes talking about when shes so alone and unloved. Because being in a relationship for so long can really destroy your sociability with everyone else. And when the person your with is just there, but the love is dying out, they want to be left alone. its tough and her passion in the song and video really shows it. |

this song is amazingly similar to my life right now. my boyfriend and i just got out of a ridiculous fight in which led to me saying things i don't mean. like "i can do better than you". this fight went on and he wouldn't let it go, considering he, himself, did wrong to provoking me to say that. eventually after much arguing and nights of proving we do love eachother, he told me , " you can do better than me, but i can't do better than you." freaakay. now i am going to listen to this song everytime we fight to be reminded that we love eachother. :D |
