William Fitzsimmons – If You Would Come Back Home Lyrics 16 years ago
This song was written about his divorce...

It's about two individual's sharing a life together and one of them leaving, and the other waiting up in sense for the other one because he can't bare the thought of sleeping in "their bed" without her. Then it goes on to say that he hasn't seen her in awhile, and that as much as he wants to remember everything he loves about this girl. He knows that with time, he'll forget the little things about her. Like her exact scent, or the way her voice sounded or the echo in her laugh. He hates the thought of this, and wishes she would come back 'home' and knowing that if she doses 'everything will become better' this time.

William Fitzsimmons – It's Not True Lyrics 16 years ago
The opening verse is clearly about him not knowing if she would leave if she could. He wishes nothing would have came between them. Like a hookup that went wrong, that he regrets because he's afraid he used her.But he realizes that this girl is everywhere he is, including his room where everything took place. He's moved on, and he's with a new girl, but he is still thinking of the previous girl he shared the room with. The room looks exactly the same as it did then, and he dosen't even have the heart to change it."Everydays a chance to bury my regret, but I can't" is him saying as much as he wants to fix things with the first girl, he has no intention to because he has no idea how. He feels like he messed it all up and there's no way of making it better. "I saw you on a contact list that isn't update" is him saying he still has her number but yet he hasn't been in contact because he has no idea what to say. It's been to long. He's remembering the things he loved about her, physically and things they did together including where they met which is symbolizism. "Behind the swing where we first met" has a childlike apeal to it, which is the reason he can't forget her. She brought out a side of him he wants back, but he's to far from. Make sense? "All the bruises you forgave" is him ackowledging that he often didn't respect and treat her how she should have been, but how she always forgave him for hurting her. He would love to go back to this girl, but he dosen't know if she'll accept him back. And if after all this time , if letting go is the best option because of all the pain he's put her through. {Beautifully Written]
