Been listening to this song for the past couple hours, haha. C: Pretty straightforward--life can get you down but you can make it through with support. Good song, this is basically what I feel like right now. |

I'm not sure about the lyrics in a few spots? Though it's hard to hear what he's saying. "Got myself a little raise but nothing strange" Maybe that's "Got myself a little raise but nothing's changed"? "Leaves left, fall left, city hollow calls your name" I always heard it as something like "Leaves that fall at city hall call your name" "Deep, deep down I'm old enough that it's alright" I think it's something like "Deep, deep down I'm holding out that it's ____" though I have no idea what the last word/phrase is there. >< "Put a cherub behind the high way sign Roads are pretty quiet no one's passing by Please stop, be the first to see you're back as mine " I always heard it as "Put a chair up behind the highway sign Roads are pretty quiet, no one's passing by [At] least I'll be the first to see you back as mine" Like s/he's waiting on the side of the road waiting for him to come back to her. Again, I'm not sure exactly what he's saying in some spots, though I did go and listen to the song just now to check, and that's just what it sounds like on my ipod. ^^; |
