blatantlybooshified thats not quite how i saw it to me its about the last episode where the doctor meets davros again davros says the doctor fashions people into weapons and says they are basically the same then the (second) doctor at the end basically blows up all the daleks and leaves davros to burn but the (real) doctor offers to take him in the tardis and help him so yeah it makes more sense to be specifically about that part of that episode but maybe in a more vague sense about the daleks and timelords in general |
