The song is actually about the US government and the central bank taking all financial control. "Lacerations lead to codes embedded in blood streams" is talking about the tracking chips the gov. Wants to enforce upon the sheeple. The central bank has headquarters and powers in every continent and is soon going to push for a solitary global currency. With them having complete monopoly over the manufacturing of this currency they will hold the complete control of the world. But they are to smart to show it, that's why it seems as nothing is wrong at the moment. The Central has the power to bring the entire world to its knees financially for the benefit of the few top banking families. An ideal warned of by our forefathers, but has snuck into our gov.
