I love this song. So inspirational. Makes you want to work for something in life, and appreciate all that you have. Question: What does he mean by "Confusing days, he moved in ways he soon became a kuuni"? What's a kuuni? I've seen the movie Wend Kuuni, but I don't think it has anything to do with this line even though that's what comes up when I google it. Shed some light if you know! |

| I love this song. I don't know if anyone's said it or if it's completely obvious but I like to think the "I will lay me down" means that he would physically lay himself down as a bridge to you to help you get over this rough patch of your life. Like, he would sacrifice himself. I like what one of the earlier comments said about how it's like we're Christ for each other--we would sacrifice ourselves for a friend. | |

You actually didn't say "it could easily be about heroin." you said that it is about heroin in your first sentence ("you guys don't want to believe that its about heroin"). you may have said that later, but does it negate your first statement? stop insulting everyone who disagrees with you. We have different interpretations and if you were more open minded like you ask us all to be, then you would be okay with that. If you do definitively think this about heroin, give us some actual evidence as to why. |
