this song is my theme song for life. I think it's about a relationship in general where you want what you can't have. And you still talk to the peson and still have a relationship with them but it's not exactly what you want. This is just a perfect explanation of what's going on in my head when it comes to that one guy. It's so spot on it's freaking amazing. You know I really don't look forward To seeing you again soon You look like a photograph of yourself Taken from far, far away I won't know what to do I won't know what to say So fuck you And your untouchable face & See you and I'm so perplexed What was I thinking? What will I think of next? Where can I hide? Those are my favorite parts because she's saying she knows she shouldn't see this person (she doesn't look forward to it) and i take it as... she doesn't want to see the person because it's going to bring back all of the old feelings that she had in the beginning but she still goes and see's the person because she never REALLY got over it. And then when she she's the person she get's so confused as to why in the world she would have allowed herself to bring back all of the emotions and she just wants to go hide I love this song so much I can't even explain it. |

for me it means he has a lot of walls but that this one person is the only one who can get through or the only one that matters much and that maybe this person was actually the reason he put up his walls... which is why he is somewhat angry in the 3rd verse. Carefully learning and analyzing the lyrics you use ^ my favorite line EVER in any song I've ever heard. I used lyrics to express how I'm feeling and most of the time they're subliminal... and I wish the person that I'm talking about would take the time to do this. |
