i could be very wrong here but i got a completely different meaning from this song. it came to me as a song about a boy who kills himself over a girl. lines like "hanging in this tree" and "officer is knocking at my door" (to tell the parents that their son is dead) and "dragging me away" (dragging his body away). This is all based on the line that says "will she or wont she want him", as in the boy having no chance with her no matter what the sitaution. This could all also be very wrong. |
