@natique your theory angers me a little. because it makes sense.. and i was hoping that the song would hold a deeper meaning then that. i mean technically the song means whatever you take from it, but still that theory holds a lot of sense :/ i always liked to think of "words that would melt in your hands" and "words of wisdom" meant like her words were cold hearted but true. like she spoke harsh words. idk, i feel like if thats the case the meaning is a lot deeper than just a kid playing games. i guess i should't look so much into it and just enjoy the song.. but thanks natique im not sure i can ever enjoy this song the same again > | |

yeah, i think its about him failing at getting over a break up. amazing song tho. yes it is very queenish. which i like. but peeps, dont be musical snobs about it. it is very good music, but u act like theres not much good music left. which isn't even remotely true. just remember, just becase something doesnt match ur flavor of music doesnt mean its bad. just means u dont like it. and u are not the all knowing god of musical talent ;) |

obviously these songs are gonna have different meanings to different people. its kind of dumb searching for the sole purpose of a song when rly there isn't one to be found. for me this song relates perfectly to my current situation. looking at the main chorus, i would say its about a guy getting mixed signals from a girl that he has feelings for. but like i said, it translates differently depending on who's listening. and psychologically speaking the translation that makes most sense to an individual is one that relates somehow to their life. |
