I think possibly the chorus is reffering to when, as I was told many years ago, every person that has given themself to god is taken up to heaven (blinding lights will guide our way) and we are "free from our blind state." With the "they will call us by our name," I think maybe everyone that's given themselves over is called up to heaven, linking to my intial statement. Just a thought though, total guess. also...Incredible song! |
