Um.. what? Always stay with her? To me it's pretty clearly a breakup song. He's trying to tell her that it's ok that they are falling apart, it's not her fault that both of them are changing. That he won't try to hold on when the time comes to part, and that she shouldn't be afraid to change, even though it mean they will lose each other. |
