@[QuixoticMule:36602] Appreciate your "opinion" ;) Though I always figured the saw/freezer was related to his death, it never seemed quite correct. It felt as though "the rest" was referring to money -- but I couldn't reconcile the ziploc/freezer part. Now I see that she would need to set the extra aside for herself later, stashed away, in a sense. Thanks for posting. |

@[thegoodness:36600] He says something along the lines of "And the band gets quieter, and the people get louder. Almost like a takeover." "Takeover" is an interesting word to use. Could be a technical term about the song construction, but I couldn't find any use of that terminology elsewhere. Animals & Farm & Takeover could be a reference to Animal Farm, but I really don't see anything else in the lyrics that are even close to that, so probably just a coincidence. |
