| Ween – Push Th' Little Daisies (Album version) Lyrics | 15 years ago |

Yeah, totally not about drugs. It's about some kind of relationship, seems serious. If Ween was bullshitting about Scotchguard (which he did say in an interview that they were), then why would they be telling the truth about nipples? The fact is, sometimes a song is not written like a narrative, and doesn't have to all fit together. Maybe the chorus is just an interesting turn of phrase. I always figured it meant telling someone to "die," as it is an imperative sentence (Push the lil' daisies.). But the rest of the song he seems like he still likes this girl. Could be nipples too. |

| Ween – Joppa Road Lyrics | 15 years ago |
| I once looked up Joppa Road on google maps and it is a road - a major road - in the Baltimore area. I played any age-appropriate Ween songs I had for my 6 and 8 years old last week. It blew their mind that it was the same guy singing in every song. | |
| Ween – Baby Bitch Lyrics | 15 years ago |
|
Without over-analyzing this one (but I was thinking about it the other day), I have always thought he was cheating on this girl (the bitch) for a year, and she finally caught him. Who hasn't been with someone or known someone beautiful who just sucked on the inside? I also thought that "got fat, got angry" was a reference to being depressed about the relationship (possibly a drug reference but not necessarily), and "now skinny and sick and paranoid w/o a cent to my name" has got to be about cocaine (hopefully not crack) or maybe meth or speed. Seriously, who hasn't been on or known someone taking coke, etc? If you do it enough to spend all your $ on it, you will be skinny, sick, paranoid and have no money. |
