I can maybe shed some light on this song: There's something wrong with me There's something wrong with you: An obivious reference to finding out you or your friend is on drugs. I hope your stepson dosen't eat the fish: An old way of marketing drugs was through fish, so this is a warning for your step son not to eat a fish fillet or a fish stick ever again.
