this is the saddest song i've ever heard, mostly because i'm in this situation right now. People stay in relationships because thats all they know and they're afraid to end them cause you don't know what comes next. Pretty much you feel like you lose no matter what you do. It's hard to lose someone you love so much, but in the back of your mind you know thats the only thing you can do. If the relationship isn't working, its best to make a clean break. Its harder than hell, but love will come back to you. |

they played this song at my uncle's funeral. It's been 6 years and i still can't listen to it without crying. When they played it, it seemed to me like he was singing it to us from Heaven.

i watched an interview with her and she said the song is about loving someone's whole being. "I want your ugly, i want your disease", "i want your horror, i want your design" both mean that they may not be perfect, but you still love them. I love how Lady Gaga is so much her own person and doesn't care what anyone else thinks of her. She had also said that she wants people to interpret her music in their own way, and love it for how it makes you feel. |

this song reminds me of a guy i was with a couple years ago, and im still not completely over him. Everything reminds me of him. Every song i hear, i find something in it that relates to him. Everytime i see him in my yearbooks i completely replay the most perfect night ive ever had in my life. He still means everything to me. this song kills me. when he says "so you stole my world" i think of the guy that stole my world and the fact that i only had him for a little while. hes the only guy that i loved that much and its been 3 years and everything reminds me of him. he really was the best i ever had. "it might take some time to patch me up inside. i heard this song for the first time on "Sons of Anarchy." they played it when the mother told her son & husband that she had been raped, beaten, and left out in the cold. it made the men in her life realize how important she is. This song is beautiful. when it says "Mary stays behind and starts cleaning up the place" it sends chills all down my back. it tells what important roles mothers, or any woman, plays in the world. You should really watch that episode of Sons of Anarchy and see the totally different meaning the song takes. Im actually listening to it right now and could sit here and praise this song for another hour, but it really is the most beautiful song ive ever heard. |

i completely agree...this song describes what ive been goin through for the past 2 and a half years...it does get old & ill give up eventually...but its really hard to do, especially when that person is always around. this song is amazing & i love how she puts so much feeling into her songs. |
