The song meaning is actually in the song. It is plain as day. He is talking about how people doubted him and hurted him emotionally (gone are the flames, tear and pain etc.) He then tells them..."Hey look at me now, I made it" a lot of people can relate to this song because people that are wanting to make a career for themselves or have a dream people are going to doubt. This is a great inspiration to never give up. |

In my opinion this someone was doing him wrong. This person told him things and gave him things that were already gone. Or either it was nothing to him. In my opinion in the chourus I think to is pronounced as: "I don't want to be alone I can find somebody new I don't need you TOO go on This is my religion" As saying he doesn't need that person while he is finding someone new... telling them to go on. |
