"Virgin Cotton" is cotton at it's most natural form, when it has just been separated from the seed. Anyways i think its a reference to the fiber of bedsheets. |

This song seems to me like it's speaking about someone's drug addiction to heroin and how it's affecting others..which is why it asks "can you feel a little love?"
"Feel the fever coming
You're shaking and twitching
You can scratch all over
But that won't stop you itching"
those are symptoms/side effects of withdrawal from heroin. Being pale and looking sickly is also a side effect from heroin.
He's paying debt to karma because of the condition he finds himself now, but be careful what you're giving refers to what he gives to other people being in this sort of condition as well, which would be pain. Who does not worry for someone who's being dragged down by heroin. |
