Well, it seems to me that this song is about the biological tests the government used to do on our military men and women. To this day they still test things on us (I'm a Marine). When the flu vaccine you inhale came out, we were the first ones to try it. |

I just went on Google and typed in Osaka jail. The first few results were, of course, about NOFX lyrics. There was one in Japanese, I used Google Translator and it was a website for the actual S&M club, "Osaka Jail". |
