you can and can't find Jesus in your own way... it helps to have direction to know your translating the Bible correctly, looking in the greek or hebrew is a good place to start... you find Jesus by reading a Bible, or by fellow-shipping with other believers, and if he read the Bible he would know he's doing soo many things against it... |

you don't need a church to have a relationship with God, true, but like i said above if your causing a huge amount of trouble then why are you going to church? and that's a time where discipline is an issue, you can't have the "best of both worlds" (i JUST said that... wow!) and say you love God then go and use his name in vain, swear, put pot or crack ahead of Him, God wants our full undivided attention... |

I agree with that one hundred percent, while God doesn't say smoking weed is a direct sin, people get addicted and put that over God, and worship it like its their own god usually because they have a lack of faith in the one, true, God, also in the song "California" his first words are "oh my god" and the Bible directly says "don't use Gods name in vain" meaning that just throwing it around as a filler word is a sin, and that's what he's doing directly, it can also imply a different meaning of saying your a christian when you don't act it, but to stay on subject, he is being a hypocrite, and there is a time and place to kick someone out of a church, if they are causing trouble and havoc then you need to question why they're going to church in the first place...
