| To me, the songs about war and peace. I feel the chorus is a reference to war and the woman waiting at home, 'saddest girls, who will await while dying inside'. whereas the second chorus 'suit up boys thats right its the weekend' is a reference to peace and how it should be. The woman should be dancing not waiting at home. The fights on the dance floor, not against each other with guns. | |
