Oh im sorry i was unaware that mainstream controversy tried to claim this was a Bob Dylan cover though i assure you after doing my research, finding the so called "original Zimmerman recording" of this song, and going through the countless records of Bob Dylan that my parents own (i was named after him coincidentally) i can assure you that that is total bullshit. Bob Dylan did not write this song and the "actual recording" of him singing it was a horribly cheep impersonation of his musical style. |

I'm glad you feel that way. I do agree that unless the writer themselves come out and explain what their song is about, most of the time people will interpret it differently and the meaning gets lost. Its one thing i always loved bout diru. Even when i would listen to the song and translate the lyrics the feeling i get from the song always stayed the same. |

heroin is a big deal. i agree with winteronyx, a lot of his lyrics have to do with heroin and the disappointment and bad social relationship that comes with it. I agree not all of them, but you can't argue that it isn't a big factor in many of his lyrics |

actually i totally disagree with you. If you think like that then you must not be a true fan. Just because Diru has taken a darker tone doesn't mean they're message has changed. Kyo's lyrics are still beautiful and the rifts still give me goosebumps. also not every song they made after visual kei are all screams and curses...and some of their visual kei songs are darker than ones now |

I signed up just because your attitude pissed me off so much and because this is my favorite song. This song is about the pain he feels because his girlfriend (do not know if it was his fiance or not, but he does state that he was planing on marrying her) left him for one of his best friends and how the pain is the reason he is up on stage spilling his emotions . You were only half right, but your arrogance made you blind to the songs true message.
Here is the interview. in here he talks about this girl (though requests that most of the more personal stuff he says is edited out). Also you say that he uses metaphors to make him an enigma, but using metaphors doesn't do that, it just expresses a point differently than saying "i hate you". Its what makes his music beautiful. Also your idea on metaphors and your hope that Kyo would be more straightforward than most people think goes against your argument earlier about him lieing a lot in interviews. Also you trash others saying "do you know kyo personally?" are total bullshit because you don't know him personally yourself, so stop being a fucking hypocrite and be a true fan |
