A zombie apocalypse? No, he was referring to the music video which has zombies in it. However the the song is about running away from you fears, no matter how much you run they will always catch you so you might as well just face them. Just like the music video for "The Day That Never Comes" is about soldiers in Iraq and all of that. However the real meaning is a bout a father and his teenage son whom he does not understand any more but he know he will one day (hence the day that never comes).

The message is simple, it is that no matter what is wrong with you, you can do anything you want as long as you try hard enough. Great song though but i didn't like the Super Bowl version of it though because they only played like half of the song and because the messed up a few times. |
