The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus – Misery Loves Its Company Lyrics 16 years ago
I agree with you completely. It screams Christianity to me. And I think that 'misery loves its company' just goes to say that its a vicious cycle of all the hate and it just keeps gaining more and more bad things. Thats when i think he asks God for his help. Like people will always be accompanied by misery.

The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus – Face Down Lyrics 16 years ago
No it shouldn't be, because the guy abusing the girl is saying that what he is doing is okay/right. And the singer/writter realizes that hes not right and notices whats going on. He wants the abuser to listen to what he has to say: "heed my lecture"

I agree too, but the most interesting part is how she knows its wrong, but she doesnt do anything..not to mention the fact that she has 2 opinions about the situation.

I kind of agree with you on this one. Because when she comes in pissed and starts yelling at him and him yelling back, it looks as though hes mouthing the word 'why.' When I saw that , my first thought was why would you try to kill yourself, like she did in the begining with the red stuff.

I agree very much with you. But i also think that he still loved her,..even in the end he did. Becaus at the end they both drink that red stuff and die together.

K, there is deffinetly a lot of different interpertations on this music video/song lyrics. As a lot of you have stated, the song more or less relates to Romeo and Juliet. I think that there is different twist and tweaks in this song itself....like maybe this was the song writers interpertation of Romeo and Juliet when he first read itand this is just how he related it to himself. Idk if any of this is true, but it makes sense. Though I am deffinetly confussed about the song. Is the girl Juliet the same girl that commits suicide with him at the end? And the comments about them breaking up, really doesn't fit this song or the music video at all. The one thing that im really confussed about is towards the end of the video. When she tells him to take the red stuff and drink it, you see this peice of paper fall to the ground and the only letters that i can make out of it is klm. What does the klm stand for?
