The problem for me was, that there is a lot of possible connotations: referented to the common sens, to the Bible, to the vampiric legends an so on. I don't think, it's the greatest song of Tiamat both for text and the music. Thanks to Liselle Morrow for her interpretation: it seems to be the most closest to the reality. Just one repark then: what are "cracks and hollows" on the vampire's way? I see noany. It's so poetic to find anything difficult is something easy :) This position of lyric hero enerves a litle, as I should sing this song in a band %) |

Thanks a lot for explanation! For a russian fan of Tiamat, it's extremly hard to understand what's going on in this Phantasma even with help of Lingvo 12.0 :( I tried, I failed. I've seen 2 different lyrics versions in the net - one was quite illisible :) Johan came recently in our city, but was no chance to speak with him. The existance of 2 texts complexicate the situation, as I'm not really sure what to translate. In all cases, such song is a chalenge for the understanding! Thanks again. |
