| seriously... why is it that the indie world is so afraid of a band gaining popularity. it sucks that their shows are a lot more expensive now, but i'm glad to see that one of my favorite bands is doing well. i already got to see them at what i think was there peak (the Feels era), so i'm satisfied. | |

| i think the point mahmah is making is valid. i don't disagree with the fact that drugs are a huge influence. anyone who has been that stoned should understand that. but if your only reaction to this song, and animal collectives songs in general, is that it portrays that feeling of being high, then i feel bad for the members of animal collective. they put a lot more into their music than that, and deserve a lot more from their fans. | |
