Pg. 99 – A Sonnet Both Ugly and Murderous Lyrics 16 years ago
The last repeating line in this song is so haunting and such a perfect closer...but I still don't know exactly what the line really is. I spent like 30 minutes analyzing the last 80 seconds of this song trying to figure it out and this is what I hear...he repeats the line five times, each time a little differently...I also marked at what point in the song he says each line (minutes and seconds)

First (9:25 to 9:40)

This heart is stitched around a lonely stake, and in your silence I knew it was my wake

Second (9:40 to 9:55)

This heart is stitched around a lonely stake, and in your silence I knew...that it was not awake

Third (9:56 to 10:11)

This heart is stitched around a lone...lone-ly stake...it was your silence...I knew it was my wa-a-ke

Fourth (10:11 to 10:26)

This heart is stitched around a lonely stake...and in your silence I knew it was my wake

Fifth (10:26 to 10:41)

This heart is stitched around a lonely stake...it was your silence...I knew it was my wake

----

The only part i KNOW is right in all of them is "this heart is stitched around..." & "...your silence I knew it was..."

As for the other parts, it's GOT to be one of these:

(the first half)
...stitched around a lonely stake
...stitched around our lone mistake
...stitched around our love mistake

(the second half)
...I knew it was my wake
...I knew it was not awake
...I knew it was awake

So, it's almost certainly some combination of those. I probably over analyzed this way too much...if only there was a lyrics sheet for Document #7...
