maybe i'm reading too much of my own situation into this, but it always seemed to me like this song was about anti-depressants. a warm heart & beautiful brain, but they're disintegrating from all the medicine. one of the main side-effects of anti-depressants can be feeling emotionally numb, and feeling like yr not quite as sharp, mentally. |
