I was also thinking, what if it was something like..Annabel betrayed him, and he wanted revenge and obsessed over getting her back, and it just drove him crazy until he finally went on a rage and killed everyone..then himself where he then found her again? Idk. |

His illness spilled onto the page..he was going crazy, but she stayed, she wanted to be with him, but it overtook him and he just went into full on psycho mode..and he killed her..but now shes getting revenge..and shes asking him imagine where he would be if he knew she would be the one to kill him..so..is it safe to say that Annabel didnt rlly die? Maybe only in his eyes? She was no longer his, maybe she left him?
And about the sketches, was the part of him being crazy? Maybe he was sketching out his acts of violence, and they finally took over?

He sees Annabel, but he doesn't believe it. "Dead girls don't just appear out of thin air." Her stare is too much, and he gives in, believing what he sees. He apologizes to her, for what he has done. (The killing of the people I'm guessing, or maybe the killing of her, its like he became something else and killed her, and he doesn't see it, or just doesn't want to believe it). So im thinking he killed himself, and that's when he saw more of her, and they were together in death? |

I think it means that he's like the devil? Or doing the devil's work. He becomes this dark thing and kills people, but then he has to cover it up and become a normal person again. If this isnt it, then I have no clue. |
