the part in the song There's room between today And the last time that I saw you The pictures in my brain Will fade until I lose you it's so heart breaking. i think this song is about his dying wife. and when he sings "the pictures in my brain will fade until i lose you" it makes me so sad. because you don't wanna forget. you don't want to forget how the person you love smells, how she laughs, the sound of her voice, her touch, the times you spent together, the memories that bind you together. but as time comes you start to forget => "there's room between today and the last time that i saw you". and you try to remember, but it will fade away with every day. that's the part of the song that touches me the most. sry for my bad english, i'm german.. |
