It makes me stop and reflect on life, on what "home" is, and makes me acknowledge this feeling of loyalty I owe to my home state. I spend so much time knocking Los Angeles for being full of too much noise and traffic and vanity and fakeness, too many people and complaints and concrete and liberals (haha)........but this song has made me realize how beautiful my state is, how unique and faithful it has been to me, and how it has raised me; it makes me want to embrace this place as a part of myself, some place special and worthy of adoration.
