Besides being about Fishing, I think Fishing could be a metaphor for relationships with women.... Similar to: "Many Fish in the sea"... And many fish bite if you got good bait meaning that he can get ladies cuz he has the goods.. (whatever it may be that attracts women... if you find out, let me know!) I don't know why, but I always viewed this song with this subtle undertone as well... maybe I'm crazy.. But I love Taj... one of my favorites! |
