I think he could be refering to a number of global problems. It's so typical. "Well how could we have known"? becuase ALWAYS there are always hints. This song lets out his frustration like if people just payed attention to the signs instead of being so self centered and ignoring the obvious we wouldnt have such problems. The line that truly defines this- (you keep adding stones soon the water will be lost in the well) like if we keep poluting soon there will be no way out of it. we keep killing our forests there will be none left. DONT you see this is a great message it speaks to me |

This is simply the most stunning song I have ever heard. This is the only song that I have every cried at. Its beautiful and you want to listen to it over again but it's so sad. And I am not the crying type. I beleive that the shirt tucked in thing has little to do with it being a man. I am slightly confused with the great divide segment. |
