Love, love, love this and part one! To me, this song is very much from the perspective of an (older?) person who is at peace with his death. In the first verse, he recalls a near-accident from his childhood, implying that this person is adventurous and curious. And in the second verse, it seems like he doesn't want anyone to mourn his death, because he's ready to leave this world behind. |
