To me this song is about loosing a sense of purpose, things feeling wrong and not understanding why, You turn to a freind for help help but people won't listen they're too selfish to even try and understand. They can't see whats going on and further more don't care. |

This is my interpretation of the song. All he wanted was to help the other person at first but that person is Not willing to help themself and he now realises that he is being destroyed in the process, as he gives the other person everything but gets nothing in return. |
