I think this song is about a guy who throws himself out there for a girl but she doesn't feel the same way. He's completely vulnerable. I love the way Danny's voice compliments Justin's so well in this song. This is a great opening track to Mines.

Yes, The Dear Hunter has fallen in lust with a prostitute, Ms. Leading. The song "He Said He Had a Story" in Act III is about his friend having sex with Ms. Leading. However, I wouldn't say he's "dabbling" with prostitutes, only that he has fallen for one.

I can't believe I'm the first to comment on this one. This is a great song. I'm kind of confused on what it means though. There's obvious references to suicide but I'm not sure if that's it.
