| From my point of veiw i see this song as being about love. But it's more of the fact that we as sinful people try to push love to quickly and make it all about what we want and who we want. it says "we rush the line with chivalry but we don't know what we're fighting for" and by that it seems to me that we rush romance but we don't know what romance is. without God there is no true romance. and then it says "one thing's for sure, if love is pure it is blessed from above." saying that the only way we can have true pure love is if it's love that God has planned for us. we as sinners have nothing good about us, but when we love like God wants us to through Jesus, when we find that one person God made for us... then the love we have in that relationship will be amazing. :) | |
