this song is clearly stated as in the meaning of it: Its actually a very general message. its talks about how the people as in society r turning so selfish, and not caring about anything..only themselves. They choice of the name Eleanor Rigby is to represent all of us, as a society full of fake faces just like the line "Wearing a face she keeps in a jar by the door" Who is it for? Father McKensie is also another represantation of how we all do things without a care of others. She was buried along with her name...another person dying just another name buried forever with no real feeling or care. |
