If this is any of these theorys then this song is sure as hell complicated and maybe non of us will ever properly work it out To me it seems like a woman in a sexually or just normally abusive relationship. Wrong i know but the first time i heard this (probably because im a teenager) i heard something related to sex.. "when you lay on the ground till he tells you he's through, he'll do what he'll do, and he'll do it to you, and all the while, he's been using you" Do you sort of see what i mean? |

Edelweiss a rare flower.. well thats just beautiful :') I love the entire song except the ending irritates me abit... i want more :) though i know it probably was the best time for an ending with that amazing build up. But anyway yeh the song is about him missing his girlfriend. |

| Ok to ME this song is about a couple.. probably young, and the girl is religious so wants to wait to get married before sex, but the boy doesnt, but he talks her into it in the first verse (all that stuff about looking into his face.. trusting him basically) so they do ... then she gets pregnant and he considers what they did a "mistake" but wants to keep the baby.. but then she aborts it because she thinks jesus wants her too (or thats just a cover up and she's scared) and he HATES that she did and is really upset. | |
