interesting enough, this video which is supposed to look like allston (which it does) was filmed in los angeles. you can see a car at one point in the back that says los angeles medical center. also at one point shortly after there is a sign that says crown shoes which is on sunset blvd in L.A. Dave from the band told me they were on tour and the guy that did it was the only guy willing to charge them next to nothing for it. |

yea this is a rare serious song from the aquabats... i've always thought if he had a kid (which i believe he does) he would play him this. it sounds like a song to his kid. |

you know i've been a rbf fan for years but haven't listened them in a good while because i've been getting in to other ska i guess... but i was listening to this cd today and heard this song (which i'd heard a million times before) and when i heard that line you just mentioned i actually thought what you thought. and then i read all the lyrics and realized that that is exactly what this song is about: trying to have sex with someone. i never picked up on that. haha |
