I think that "iron fist, iron heart" are more powerful lyrics. Also to me this song is about sleeping with someone who has nasty S.T.D's and they haven't told you. The lyrics have a lot of anger so I am assuming it's someone the lyricist once cared for, perhaps a partner and they were sharing their private parts around. |
