Yeah, Adam has said he's had people in his life that are socially active but when they're with him they show totally different side of them. He always wondered why is he some kind of therapeutist. This song is his way to tell people it's okay to be a mess and you don't have to perfect, you can be safe with him. Very personal song for him, for me too. There are horrible amount of miscorrect lyrics though... I didn't know they played this on ER too... I originally found this song when it was played on Spanish soap serie Los Serrano (in segment where Lucia had just died and his hudbans/children/friends were mourning his death) and have been in love with song since then. Beautiful, beautiful song. |
