| Of Monsters And Men – King and Lionheart Lyrics | 13 years ago |

I totally agree with Zowy: I think it's about a couple that is faced with so much difficulty. It may be due to everyone deserting them, or everyone around them thinking that they will not make it as an end. The "King" is someone usually admired with great strength, and maybe that's how she views him in their relationship. She is his "lionheart" because she keeps him strong, keeps him going. Seperately, they are quite powerful; together, they are invincible. The line I find myself falling in love with over and over again is "As the world comes to an end, I'll be there to hold your hand cause you're my king and I'm your lionheart." I love it, to me it sums up the whole song. |

| It depends which version you're going by in regards to the "wrong/right" quote. the album version has a different lyric than the one on the radio. | |
| Paramore – Where the Lines Overlap Lyrics | 14 years ago |

i think this is about being in a relationship with your best friend. and how it feels to make the change from "best friends" to "boyfriend-girlfriend-couple status" "Tracing patterns across a personal map And making pictures where the lines overlap" kinda to me says that the line between friends and lovers has overlapped. and "no one is as lucky as us" kinda says other relationships will never have what we have since we started with a beautiful friendship. also, "I'm not used to it but I can learn" supports it because shes not used to being in a relationship with him. there is also the line, "Now I've got a feeling if I sang this loud enough, you would sing it back to me." that to me is her saying "heres how i feel about you, and i have a feeling you feel the same, so lets take it to the next level." just a thought :) |

| The Pretty Reckless – Just Tonight Lyrics | 15 years ago |

No comments for such an amazing song! this is crazy! Anyway.... I kinda get the feeling that its about a girl in an abusive relationship, which you kinda get in the verses: "Here we are and I can think from all the pills you made Start the car and take me home Here we are and youre too drunk to hear a word I say Start the car and take me home." It's almost as if she's relaying the details of the relationship and its abuses and such to the listener. Actually it doesnt even have to be abusive persay, but perhaps a "girl likes boy, boy doesnt even notice girl, girl is sad." "But here I am and I cant seem to see straight But Im too numb to feel right now And here I am watching the clock thats ticking away my time Im too numb to feel right now" She's too "numb" to realize that it's a bad situation for her to be in. But in the chorus, maybe the guy is pleading her to stay and give him a chance and that hes sorry and he loves her. I dont know. xD lol |

| Yeah Yeah Yeahs – Hysteric Lyrics | 16 years ago |

"Best of all is "Hysteric," a love song about being happy with someone rather than trying to make him or her stay, which feels like the mirror twin of "Maps."" That is from the editorial review that barnes and noble has for the album. I kinda see it too. I agree with missbluesky, about the moment you realize you love the person. |
