Okay - I do like this song a lot. I'll admit it. ;) But - one line does get to me: "Ain't about what's waitin' on the other side" I think that people really should take into consideration what's 'waiting on the other side.' If the struggle is going to draw you away from other things that are more important, just to result in nothing, it's obviously not worth it. I honestly don't care what others say, but I completely disagree with the projected meaning of that line. |

Like someone said earlier: Miley is talking about being nervous entering LA - which is a whole different place than Tenessee (Her Home-State). When she hears the 'Britney' song or the 'Jay-Z' song, she realizes that she's in the same world - the same country even - and is reassured. She describes her relief as "A Party in the USA" (: Hope that helped! |
