| I stongly disagree but agree... religion isn't bad... CHRISTIANITY AND CATHOLISM ARE. For one, I know religions that are good and actually are free. I find both those religions to be very hateful and "I am right not you" kinda philosophy. I myself am Pagan, I'm not saying paganism is without it's dickheads but the religion itself is free, you can worship whatever you want and they teach many things like acceptance. Christians say you should accept others but we all know that they don't I mean HELLO look at homosexuals and their lack of rights, lack of rights of women until recently and black people. I'm just saying I wish Constantine had not released the ban on Christianity 2000 yrs ago and created Catholism as a way to convert pagans and then with that the two religeons were blood lustful and destroyed all others... thats my oppinion on those two religions and I have nothing against any other religion at all infact I think Budhism is great aswell as Muslim society and Freemasonry and also (I know you disagree but anyone who does obviously hasnt researched their ethics) Satanism | |

I find this song funny considering Dave is a "Born-again christian" and this song is clearly about religion (not only religion but the Christian faith and their conversion and killing upon non-believers during the holy wars) but notice the song is Holy wars... the punishment due, the first part is holy wars and the second part is punishment k. So I think personally that there are two songs here that are formed as one. first bit about holy wars and Christian pigheadness and the second part is about the government... for those thinking "dah this is stupid, why would Dave combine 2 songs together that mean two different things?" It's obvious isn't it, these two issues are relatively the same in the way they both run and control a nation or even the world, it makes sense two combine two strong songs together that both convey the same overall meaning. there's my oppinion, makes sence to me and please give feedback I love this song! |
